In memory of our dear founding board member Mr. Keith Yeung, who passed away on July 6th 2022, the Vision Youth Leadership Program has established a scholarship fund in his honour. The fund is aimed to award up to $500 each to a maximum of four students of Vision Youth annually, who:
has shown extraordinary leadership in challenging themselves and serving the community in the course of the program year, or
needs financial support to offset the program fees.
Vision Youth Leadership Program, a non-profit organization run by volunteers, was established since 2001 with a mission “To inspire and coach our youths to be Visionary Leaders” in a safe and fun environment through hands on leadership training. Keith Yeung was one of the 6 founders of the program who tirelessly provided guidance leading the board, coaching the youths on communication skills and joyfully joining in the various indoor and outdoor challenges with the students. His calm presence, wise advice and always heart-felt encouragements will be sorely missed.
